We rented 2 different cars on 2 different days & the 1 car was a last-minute rent - Best Borneo was really accommodating to us despite the fact. They're really friendly and offered various options when I was enquiring, and the enquiry/booking process was really systematic, so no details get left out. Cars were in good condition and clean too, so it was a comfortable ride throughout. I would rent from Best Borneo again the next time I'm in Sabah.

I came about this company way back in 2017. When I toured Sabah with family and in laws together. There are a total of 7 pax and for comfort, we booked a Toyota Hiace from them. (edit: sorry, I can't seems to find the picture for this)

Fast forward, recently (Nov 2022), we had another trip to Sabah. This time with my relatives. This round, there were 5 of us, and I opted for an MPV. Again, came a Toyota Innova. Their vehicle are clean inside out, tyres are not worn out. Safety is a top priority for me.

Attached below are the photos and by coincidentally, we had parked the vehicle at almost the same spot at the same resort!

Having said that, it's a responsible company and they had gained my trust.
